Community Gratitude & Stories

I fell in love with Tai Chi from the very first class I attended in Spring Gardens. It instantly became a vital and essential part of my life.

After many years of high intensity athletic activity, I have finally discovered the deep connection between my mind and body, while still using my previous knowledge and experience with movement and strength. It was a puzzle piece that I was always missing and I am so grateful to have found it here through our Tai Chi practice.

My year long practice literally changed my life! I love to be a student of this ancient art, and at every class, learning how to center and relax myself with a sense of balance, grounding and inner peace. I feel lighter in my back and even “taller”!

Min and John are incredible teachers! With their clear, detailed instructions, they guide me into deeper practice. My days go better after every one of their Tai Chi classes!

Practicing in beautiful Edora park every Sunday morning with a group of wonderful friends and our Tai Chi Masters feels like a mini retreat - everything goes great in my life after that! We are so lucky to have them!

    Remembering Kathie Dudzinski

    (November 11, 1941- May 30, 2023)

Kathie was a member of our Tai Chi community for many years before her passing in 2023. She loved it when we could be outside doing Tai Chi together. Her warmth and sunny smile will always stay with us.
